We hope you love your Visit Phoenix merchandise, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our return and exchange policies below before sending anything back.
Returns on Domestic Orders
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return:
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- All items must be in new, unused condition—this means unworn and unwashed.
- Original tags are appreciated but not required if the item did not come with tags.
- Earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Exchanges on Domestic Orders
Need a different size or style? No problem! We offer exchanges under the following terms:
- A $6.00 handling fee applies to all exchanges. This fee covers the cost of returning the item, shipping out a new one, and our restocking efforts.
- Items must be returned in new condition—unworn, unwashed, and in their original state.
- Original tags are not required if your item did not include them.
- Earrings are not eligible for exchange.
- Exchanges are processed once we receive and inspect your returned item.
- Refunds
Refunds will be credited back to your credit card minus a $6.00 handling fee.

Here’s how the refund process works:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email.
- That email will notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit, exchange, or refund.
